Center for Preclinical Research and Technology - CePT II signs co-financing agreement

On February 6th, 2018, a co-financing agreement for the Center for Preclinical Research and Technology - CePT II consortium was signed between the Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw, His Magnificence,  prof. Mirosław Wielgoś and representatives of Mazovia regional authorities: Ms. Janina Ewa Orzełowska, Deputy Marshal of the Mazovia Voivodship and Ms.  Lanc, Member of the Masovia Voivodship Board. Accompanying the Rector at the signing ceremony was Deputy Rector for Science and Technology Transfer, Prof. Jadwiga Turło.

Partners in the scientific research CEPT II consortium are the Medical University of Warsaw (leader), the University of Warsaw and the Institute of High Pressure Physics PAN (Polish Academy of Science). At the core of the CEPT II consortium is to increase research activities with the business sector through cooperation with corporations in areas such as nanomedicine, regenerative medicine, medical diagnostics and more.

The Mazovia Voivodship granted CEPT II funding in the amount of PLN 26,334,894.34 and a total outlay earmarked in the amount of PLN 45,814 271.65 as part of the 2014-2020 Regional Operational Program of the Mazovia Voivodship Measure 1.1. Research and development activity of scientific units - Type of projects - Support for facilities development.
